Residential Interior Design

At Parkway Creative, we are all about finding the perfect solution for our clients! Whether you are seeking a contemporary design, or a merge of styles awakens your personality, our Residential Interior Design Service is for you.

Our process includes:

  • This is the initial phase of the design project. Here we will define the project scope and you will work with a designer to bring your vision to life. This starting point is where timelines and budgets will be confirmed.

  • Here is where the magic happens. Your design scope is conceptualized through space planning, drawings of floor plans and elevations as your space comes alive though the selection of the colour palette, window treatments, furniture and fixtures and art and décor.

  • Throughout the entire process, we will be in constant communication with contractors or tradesmen, as well as suppliers and vendors. Site visits will also be facilitated to ensure the project is kept streamlined.

  • The final stage is where it all becomes a reality. Through installation and décor transformation, your home will become the oasis you never want to leave.

Architectural Drafting

If you are at the very beginning of your home ownership journey, Parkway Creative can help. We provide Architectural drafting which allows us to consider your spatial needs with your personal style to create a residential design that is perfect for you and meets the required planning permissions.

The Architectural Drafting Process includes:

  • Residential Construction Drawings comprising of Plans, Sections and Elevations

  • Submission of Drawings to Town and Country Planning for homes in Barbados

  • Liaising with Contractors on project plans (optional)

  • Consultation on Colour Palettes (optional)
